A Call to Action

Strives to understand and meet the needs of corporate, academic, government, foundation and not-for-profit clients seeking to diversify their talent pool, and K-12 educators seeking STEM/STEAM co-curricular content and programmatic partnership support.
Dedicated to a sustainable future, with a special focus on building awareness of energy careers, environmental science education, renewable energy, conservation and empowers students to become more socially responsible and have a voice at the table in energy policy impacting their community.
In addressing these challenges, inspiration is taken from a new and more inclusive “education through workforce pipeline” called the “Braided River Model” which challenges the “deficit narrative” about low educational aspirations of youth in underserved communities, and offers them pathways to achieve their educational and career goals.
